Each May, graduates from the current academic year can attend the main commencement ceremony with special guest speaker and then walk across the stage in their individual college or school graduation ceremony.
Main Ceremony
The main ceremony features a guest speaker and University leadership. Undergraduate and graduate students may attend the main ceremony.
Individual School/College Ceremonies
During these ceremonies, graduates walk across the stage to receive their degrees. Graduates and their guests must RSVP for these ceremonies.

Previous Graduation Ceremonies
May 2023 Commencement
At its 104th commencement ceremony, 四虎影视 welcomed alumnus 鈥 the performer behind Kermit the Frog, Big Bird, and more than a dozen other Muppets on 鈥淪esame Street鈥 and numerous films and television programs 鈥 as he received an honorary doctorate from Webster and addressed the graduating class. Matt's words for Class of 2023 graduates include: "I want all of you to write your own ending 鈥 and your own beginning, too."

May 2022 Commencement
Webster was honored to have Dr. Djibril Diallo, president and CEO of the African Renaissance and Diaspora Network (ARDN), as the commencement speaker for 四虎影视's 103rd Commencement. Diallo has a distinguished career in international relations, diplomacy and human development, particularly in advocacy for issues affecting the African continent and victims of the AIDS epidemic. As chief executive of ARDN, Diallo leads the organization's "Pathway to Solutions" initiative, which aims to popularize the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and to increase public understanding of the role and functions of the UN.
The 2022 Commencement also welcomed back graduates from 2020 and 2021 to participate in our in-person ceremonies.
2021 Virtual Ceremonies from Individual Schools and Colleges
The virtual commencement ceremonies include all of the pomp and circumstance of our traditional main ceremony. The event commences with a virtual flag ceremony followed by speeches from University leadership including Chancellor Elizabeth (Beth) J. Stroble and President Julian Z. Schuster.
Jackie Joyner-Kersee, the 鈥,鈥 delivers the commencement address to our graduates. The chair of the 四虎影视 board of trustees shares words of encouragement and the Alumni Association board president officially welcomes the class of 2021 into its global network of over 200,000 Gorloks. Once a Gorlok, always a Gorlok!
